Sample Policy
1. Sample Development Fee
Sample fees are charged based on yarn composition and design complexity to cover custom yarn sourcing, pattern programming, and machine setup.
2. 100% Credited to Bulk Order
Your sample fee is an investment in your final production. The full sample cost will be 100% credited or refunded toward your bulk order once minimum order quantities (MOQ) are met.
3. Turnaround Time
• Standard Sampling: 7–10 business days after design and yarn confirmation.
• Custom Yarns / Complex Techniques: 10–14 business days.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Finished samples are dispatched via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Freight costs are covered by the buyer.
